Guidelines governing the use of TiTViK Construction services
Welcome to TiTViK Construction. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any construction-related engagements. By working with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
TiTViK Construction provides services including but not limited to building construction, infrastructure development, project management, consultancy, and engineering solutions. All services are executed based on agreed contracts, project specifications, and timelines.
All construction projects must be governed by a formal agreement outlining scope, cost, materials, timeline, and responsibilities. Any variation must be documented and approved by both parties.
We operate in accordance with Nigerian construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Clients are also expected to obtain necessary permits and approvals where required.
Safety is a priority. We adhere to industry-standard safety practices to protect workers, clients, and the general public. Clients must not interfere with safety protocols on project sites.
Payments must be made according to agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in project suspension or additional charges. All financial obligations must be fulfilled before project completion and handover.
While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material shortages, government regulations, or force majeure events. Such delays shall not constitute a breach.
We ensure the use of quality materials based on project specifications. However, if clients supply materials, TiTViK Construction will not be liable for defects arising from those materials.
TiTViK Construction shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the agreed contract value.
All designs, plans, drawings, and project concepts developed by TiTViK Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate a contract under agreed conditions. Any work completed up to termination must be paid for.
We may collaborate with subcontractors or third-party vendors. While we ensure quality control, we are not directly liable for independent third-party actions beyond our supervision.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modifications.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
